​​All art canvases are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible, and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

I want you to love your art, but if there’s an issue, I'm here to help.
 

How to request a return

Please contact me through my website and explain the issue with your order. Once I review your request, I will provide you with the return address.
 

Return conditions

If you change your mind, you may return your order at your own cost. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Refunds will be issued once the item is received and inspected.

Damaged or faulty items

If your canvas arrives damaged, please contact me within five days of delivery. I'll ask you to provide photographic evidence of the damage. Once confirmed, I will either send you a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund.

Refund

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once I have received and checked your return (or confirmed damage with photographic evidence). Please allow seven business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
